Yes, you must have a reservation so we know you are coming and we can have tour guides ready to take you up the mountain. Tours can sell out days or weeks in advance. We like to keep the tours no more than 10 people on a tour.
Once the tour reaches 10 people it is no longer available. All four tours have different start times for training purposes.
If you wake up in the morning and decide to go ziplining please call us at 951.471.0999; we may be able to accommodate if there are still spaces open.
Our online booking system closes 12 hours prior to tour time.

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations made within 48 hours prior to tour time will be charged full price. We have reserved this tour time for you and may have turned others away.
Rebooking within 48 hours of your tour time will result in a 30% rebooking fee from the total you have paid.
You can rebook up to 2 times before the 48 hours of the tour time. After the second rebooking, you will be charged a 30% rebooking fee (even if it is before 48 hours).
You can cancel before 48 hours and receive a refund, but you will not receive a refund for the rebooking fee (if any).
No-shows and late arrivals will also be charged full price. Check-in is 20 minutes prior to tour time. We have hired guides, office staff and drivers to have everything ready when you arrive. All tours will start on time with or without you. This policy will allow tour guides to be ready for their next scheduled tour time.

We do NOT allow tandem. We have a patented braking system that does not allow tandem. Guests will not make it from one end to the other if they do not meet the weight requirement.

The $90 Original Course is great for beginners. It’s like floating through the trees. It is 80 feet above the ground. Popular with kids due to the 60 lb weight requirement. The longest zipline is 660 feet long (about 2 football fields).
The $125 Extreme Course is longer, higher and faster and is 200 feet above the ground. It has five ziplines. It has a 1/2 hour hike to the top. Definitely not for kids since the min weight req is 100 lbs. This is like being aerodynamic and trying to gain as much speed as you can since the cables are so much longer and higher on this course. The longest zipline is 1,800 feet long.
The $160 Monster Course has about an hour hike to the top and only runs at 9 a.m. This course has seven ziplines.
The $40 Speed run is for those that just want a quick adrenaline rush and don’t have much time. This tour is our side-by-side zipline, it is included on the Extreme and Monster tours. It is also half price when you add it to the Original Course. This zipline is 1,700 feet long and is the 2nd longest line on the property.

Please make sure everyone in your group weighs between 60 lbs and 250 lbs for the Original Course and between 100 lbs to 250 lbs for the Extreme and Monster Courses.
All guests will be weighed at check-in and the only person that can see the scale is the person behind the counter.
If you do not meet the weight requirement you will not be allowed on the tour. We do not give refunds for this as we have reserved this spot just for you and have turned others away.
