PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS
Participant Requirements
Before your visit to Skull Canyon, please review the activity requirements for each experience and ensure that every guest on your reservation meets them. By completing your booking, you confirm that all participants satisfy these requirements. Guests who do not meet the posted requirements will not be eligible for refunds.
SKY GYM REQUIREMENTS
WEIGHT: must weigh between 60-250 lbs. and be able to properly fit into harness.
HEIGHT & SUPERVISION:
- Under 48” – Must be accompanied by a Supervising Companion+.
- 48″-59″ -Access to Level 1 unaccompanied. Must have Supervising Companion+ for Levels 2 and 3.
- 60″ or taller – full access to all Sky Gym levels.
- +Supervising Companions must be at least 14 years old and 60″ tall. Supervising Companions may accompany a maximum of 2 children under 60” tall on the course, but 1:1 ratio is recommended.
ATTIRE:
- GLOVES: Gloves are REQUIRED for the Sky Gym. Gloves are provided at check in or you may bring your own (must be approved by staff to wear).
- SHOES: Closed-toe shoes are REQUIRED. For your safety, we will NOT allow Crocs, Chacos, flip-flops, sandals, or slip-ons.
- CLOTHES: Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather/activity.
GROUND SCHOOL: Staff will teach and coach Ground School at the start of the course. All guests will be required to pass Ground School to be permitted to continue through the remainder of the course.
HEALTH: Guests should be in good health*. Guests must be able to reach their arms above their head and place their hand on the cable above them. Participation is not permitted for those under the influence of alcohol, illegal or legal drugs, or prescription medications that may limit your abilities.
WAIVER: All participants must complete a waiver prior to adventuring. For guests under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver on their behalf.
*Skull Canyon Ziplines adventures are designed for participants in good health. Guests who are pregnant, have recent, recurring or existing injuries, have a serious musculoskeletal disorder, epilepsy or a seizure disorder that does not permit them to drive, have hemophilia or are currently taking high doses of a blood thinning medication or anticoagulant, have a known health condition that requires immediate medical attention in the event of an emergency, or are using prescription medications that may limit their abilities to, are advised to consult with their physician before participation. Due to the nature of our activities and for safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone.
ZIPLINE REQUIREMENTS
WEIGHT:
- Original Course & Speed Run: must weigh between 60-250 lbs. and be able to properly fit into harness.
- Extreme & Monster Course: must weigh between 100-250 lbs. and be able to properly fit into harness.
AGE & SUPERVISION: Guests under age 12 must be accompanied by a Supervising Companion who is at least 14 years old.
ATTIRE:
- SHOES: Closed-toe shoes are REQUIRED. For your safety, we will NOT allow Crocs, Chacos, flip-flops, sandals, or slip-ons.
- CLOTHES: Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather/activity.

- Guests should be in a condition to complete hiking portion of the tour. The zipline experience requires hiking on rocky trails uphill for up to a mile.
- Guests must be able to hold onto and grip handlebars or teeters above their head.
- Participation is not permitted for those under the influence of alcohol, illegal or legal drugs, or prescription medications that may limit your abilities.

Zipline Check-In Notes
- HAIR: Long hair must be tied back.
- JEWELRY: Loose and/or large jewelry should be removed.
- POCKETS: All items must be removed from your pockets.
CANYON CLIMBER REQUIREMENTS
WEIGHT: must weigh between 60-250 lbs. and be able to properly fit into harness.
HEIGHT: must be at least 42” tall.
AGE & SUPERVISION: Guests under age 12 must be accompanied by a Supervising Companion who is at least 14 years old. Supervision can take place from the ground and does not require a ticket.
